We welcome Luna to the family.
This beautiful little girl was born to our Bella on 30th April 2023.
I knew there was an attachment between Luna and Yuls, this was not clear to her until we had someone come to see Luna and her sister (more on her soon) looking to give them a forever home.
For Yuls, I could see, was hoping that ‘5 toes’ as Luna was known then was not chosen by our visitors to leave us.
What was clear at that moment was that Yuls, despite her saying contrary, had fallen in love with ‘5 toes’…
What could I do ?
What would anyone do…
I piped up, ‘5 toes’ (such a bad nickname), we would like to keep and only her sister was looking for a forever home.
The look on Yuls face was one of shear joy, the tears in her eyes made it so obvious, I had made the decision for her, it came some 18 months after loosing our original Bella but Yuls had another puppy in her life that was special to her, she may not admit it but I have a feeling Luna will be spoilt as was Bella, and quite rightly so!
Fortunately our visitor, a lovely lady who had time & love to give, fell for Luna’s sister now known as Lennie, she will be well looked after and treated like a princess, we couldn’t hope for more.
Lennie will have a page dedicated to her on our website as she is family, we hope her mum will keep us updated on her new life and send us pictures too, all of which we will post here.
